Merch Tour Boutique respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users, customers, and third parties interacting with https://merchtourboutique.com/ (the “Site”) to do the same.
This DMCA Copyright Policy explains how copyright owners or their authorized representatives may report material that they believe infringes their copyrighted work and how affected parties may submit a counter-notification where applicable.
We take copyright concerns seriously and will review properly submitted notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and other applicable United States copyright laws.
1. Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that copyrighted material has been copied, displayed, reproduced, distributed, or otherwise used on our Site in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a written DMCA Notice to us.
Please provide enough information for us to identify both:
- The copyrighted work you believe has been infringed; and

- Contact the reporting party;
- Review the identified content;
- Remove or disable access to the identified material;
- Notify the party responsible for the affected material, where applicable;

Removal or restriction of content following receipt of a notice does not necessarily constitute an admission that the material infringes copyright.
6. Incomplete DMCA Notices
A notice that does not contain sufficient information may prevent us from identifying or evaluating the allegedly infringing material.
If a notice is incomplete, we may contact the sender and request additional information.
To avoid delays, please make sure that your notice clearly identifies:
- The copyrighted work;
- The allegedly infringing content;
- Where the material appears on our Site; and
- How we can contact you.

8. Counter-Notification Process
After receiving a valid counter-notification, we may provide a copy to the party who originally submitted the copyright complaint.
Where required by the DMCA, the removed or disabled material may be restored after the applicable statutory period unless we receive notice that the copyright claimant has initiated appropriate legal action seeking to prevent restoration of the disputed material.
Nothing in this section guarantees that material will be restored when doing so would violate applicable law, another Site policy, or the rights of another party.
9. False or Misleading DMCA Notices
DMCA notices and counter-notifications are legal communications.
You should not knowingly submit false, fraudulent, or materially misleading information in a copyright notice or counter-notification.
Misrepresentations regarding whether material is infringing or was removed by mistake may result in legal consequences under applicable law.
If you are uncertain whether particular material infringes your copyright, you may wish to obtain independent legal advice before submitting a DMCA Notice.
10. Good-Faith Copyright Complaints
Before submitting a copyright complaint, please consider whether:
- You own the relevant copyright or are authorized to act for the copyright owner;
- The material you are reporting is actually protected by copyright;
- The complained-of material is located on our Site; and
- The disputed use may be authorized by a license, permission, exception, or applicable law.
We request that all copyright complaints be made in good faith.
11. Repeat Infringement
Where appropriate and in circumstances within our control, Merch Tour Boutique may take action concerning users or accounts that repeatedly engage in copyright infringement.
Such action may include:
- Removing or restricting material;
- Limiting access to Site features;

The DMCA process described on this page is intended primarily for copyright infringement claims.
Copyright and trademark rights are different forms of intellectual property protection.
If your complaint relates primarily to:
- A trademark;

The information on this page is provided to explain our copyright complaint procedure and is not intended to constitute legal advice.
Copyright law can depend on the specific circumstances of a particular use.
If you have questions about your legal rights, whether material infringes a copyright, or how the DMCA applies to your circumstances, you should consider consulting a qualified legal professional.
